Currency, prices and taxes
Starting prices are C$240 for Copy Edit, C$520 for Draft & Refine and C$980 for Writing Set, in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. The final price depends on volume, complexity and the preparation needed. Your proposal itemises the scope, fee and any applicable taxes so you can review the total before accepting.
Payment schedule
Unless the accepted proposal states a different arrangement, 50% is payable when the assignment is confirmed and 50% with final delivery. The initial enquiry is free. Work and delivery dates depend on receiving the agreed material and payments.
Payment instructions
The payment method, due dates and invoicing details are provided with the proposal or invoice. This website does not process payments or collect card or bank details. Verify unexpected payment instructions using the published email address before acting on them.
Additional work and cancellations
Additional work is carried out only after you accept its scope, fee and timing. An initial payment is not automatically treated as non-refundable. The Refund Policy describes how cancellation and unperformed work are handled, subject to applicable rights.
